We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order, request a return, report a problem with your order, or request a refund, please review the information below.
1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before it is processed.
If your order has already entered production or has been shipped, your request will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
To submit a cancellation request or exercise your legal right of withdrawal, where applicable, please complete our Customer Request Form bellow.
We will confirm receipt of your request by email as soon as possible.
2. Return Window
If your purchase qualifies for a return under applicable consumer protection laws, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be shipped back within the timeframe communicated during the return process.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must:

be unused;

be in their original packaging whenever possible;

be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the returned item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
4. Personalized Products
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom designs, custom text, names, logos, or other personalized features) are generally not eligible for cancellation or return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Digital Products
If we offer digital products (such as STL files or downloadable content) in the future, these purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has started or access has been provided, where permitted by applicable law.
6. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at roundedcutters@gmail.com with:

the reason for your request.
We will provide instructions for returning your order if it qualifies for a return.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost during return transit.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs showing the issue.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
